Event : Weight Loss Transformation Day

This is a whole day with Claire Hegarty, Personal and Business Excellence coach aimed at transforming any weight and body image issues you may have. It is in a small group setting. The day comprises:

9am - Welcome, introduce myself and what they will be getting out of the day

9.30am - dispelling the myths about weight loss and diets - open and lively discussion about why diets tend to have the opposite effect than the person desires and why skipping meals and not drinking enough water can cause a person to put on weight rather than lose it, during this time people can also ask questions.

10.30 – BREAK

10.45 - each person writing down a typical weeks food diary and looking into what's in the foods people are eating and what changes can start to be made, also allowing time for people to ask questions

12.00 – LUNCH

1pm - introduction into the mind body connection, how the mind works and how we can work with the mind to lose weight easily

2pm - relaxation and de-stressing techniques to take the emotion and stress out of losing weight and start to enjoy eating and food

3pm – BREAK

3.15 - group self hypnosis to start to connect with the new slim you

4.15 - wrap up and any questions to close off the day
