Office Administrator (Part Time)
Looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent time management and organisational skills to work as an office administrator at a caring agency. The ideal candidate will have good spoken english be used to multi tasking and preferably be a driver (but its not essential)
The job role will include:
• Answering general phone calls professionally
• Dealing with all office day to day administration
• Organising time sheets
• Wages and invoicing
• Using of Microsoft Word, Excel and email - (must be computer literate)
• Archiving and filling document.
This role will be based in North Leeds and is a part time role.
Hours Of Work: 09.00am - 13.00pm.
